How is my order packaged for delivery?
We prioritize your privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or padded mailers with no mention of 'Headshop' or smoking accessories on the exterior label.
What happens if my glass arrives broken?
While we pack every item with extreme care, accidents can happen. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging to receive a free replacement.
How long does shipping typically take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout.
What will show up on my credit card statement?
To ensure your privacy, all transactions will appear under a discreet billing name, typically 'BOOM Ecommerce' or 'B-Shop', rather than our full store name.
Do you accept returns on used products?
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any item that has been used. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Do I need to be 21 to purchase from BOOM Headshop?
Yes. You must be of legal smoking age in your jurisdiction (at least 21 years old in the US) to purchase any products from our site. We use age verification software for all transactions.
