At BOOM Headshop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging to ensure you get the perfect gear for your collection.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and within 30 days of the delivery date. For hygiene reasons, used smoking accessories cannot be returned.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items using the original box and protective materials to prevent breakage during transit. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any shipping costs.
